• Knowledgeable in managing key client relationships from the client side.
• Knowledgeable in managing the work on-site resources at the client site.
• Knowledgeable in working with different client stakeholder from China, India and US.
• Must have a strong project management skills.
• Skill: Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. If no Oracle PeopleSoft Financials skill, at least Financials background in other technologies.

China Functional Lead (AM - M)


• Must have a functional knowledge in China GAAP.
• Must have a strong knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
• (Nice to have) knowledge of hotel processes.
• Knowledgeable in gathering the GL configuration requirements for Corporate China and IHG China properties


• Sample requirement: Configure each pilot hotel to have its own Profit and Loss accounts and balance sheet identified by Department id.
• Sample requirement: Each Legal Entity (Business unit) should be configured to contain the appropriate hotel department ids.


• Knowledgeable in gathering other China specific requirements – fapiao.
• Knowledgeable in facilitating functional design walkthroughs with the China stakeholders in Chinese.
• Knowledgeable in conducting KT in Chinese language towards the end of the project.

The onshore resource would be based out of here and would need to have expertise in EPM (HFM, Essbase, Planning etc.) and would need to be able to speak the local dialect (Mandarin) and English
