In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for controlling technology changes introduction,
- Monitoring in line defect performance and end of line die yields.
- Finding root cause for in line defect excursion and navigating fix.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Strong teamwork, communication, problem solving and influencing skills. Excellent systemic thinking and strong problem solving skills are required. Strong engineering fundamentals, solid knowledge in development methodology. The candidate is required to have proven track record of problem solving while dealing with ambiguity and changing environment.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
-The candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering in the fields of Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Material Science or related.
-Advance English Level
-At least 5 years of experience on Manufacturing and Process Engineering background, including:
Knowledge in quality: tracking health indicator improvements.
Strong statistical data analysis experience: Data extraction, analysis and scripting skills. (E.g. Excel, SQL)
Product/process issue: ability to track issues and drive them to resolution at all levels of the organization.
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

-Knowledge with Programming (e.G. SQL)
- Unrestricted Costa Rican Work Permit
