Production Controller Technicians perform functions associated with all finish goods production including operations, equipment, process and training while collecting and evaluating operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the execution of production materials and assisting/repairing the machine.
- Improvement processes overlook, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability.
- May be responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and is in charge of updating training manuals.
- May participate in safety forums and within the Emergency Response Team as required.
- Data analysis.
Tasks are somewhat complex and performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters. High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new work.
Production Controller Technician can work in Day OR Night Shifts, from Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday. All shifts are currently available. Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma with Technical Degree, Diploma or advanced studies (60% completion of Bachelor’s Degree) in Electronics, Electromechanical , Mechatronic or related.
- English level: B1(CEFR).
- 3 years of experience as technician.
- Willing to work during weekends and nights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Problem Solving Methodologies.
- Data analysis JMP SQL pathfinder others.
- Windows Software Packages Proficiency.
- LEAN Six Sigma.
- English at B2 CEFR.
- Bachelors of Science and/or prolonged course of study in a specialized field or equivalent study in process.
- High Volume Manufacturing Experience.
