Position: Program Manager
Location: Beijing+ Uiwang, Korea
Report to: Director of China KOEMs BU

Responsibilities：
a)The Program Manager primary role is to lead development of products specific Brake & Fuel, Powetrains, and all of other products related with China KOEM projects from Customer request to production launch, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and our product requirement and manufacturing targets.
b)All developments are performed by cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchasing) lead by BU director.
c)Review of customer requirements and evaluate which of our technology solution will be most appropriate for the application.
d)Prepare development proposals in co-operation with cross-functional team.
e)Development time lines, validation plans, cost estimates, manufacturing plans etc.
f)Lead design activity of new products including design release based on development plan and customer requirements.
g)Customer interface for technical issues related to products.
h)Participate customer development event/audit and coordinate the requirements with cross-functional team on time.
i)Follow up project in accordance with AQP (Advanced Quality Planning).
j)Assist in the build of prototypes and OTS acc to the requirements per each development stage.
k)Assist in sourcing of components / supplier selection and delivery planning before SOP.
l)Assist in testing of product.
m)Other duties as required from time to time.

Requirements：
a)Excellent ability to read, writes, understand and speak Chinese & Korean, and optional English.
b)Team player.
c)Computer skills; MS Office.
d)Preferably CAD (CATIA V5R19) skills.
e)Engineering Degree in mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
f)Experience in plastic part design either in injection molding or blow molding.
g)Ideally a proven and successful track record working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry at least for 5 years.
h)Ability to work in cross- functional teams.
i)Proven experience working effectively within a multi-national organization.
j)Ability to work under pressure and tolerate stress.
k)Willingness and ability to travel.
