Job Description

Team is looking for a highly motivated, customer captivated Field Sales Engineer also known as FSE to drive the Xeon business with AWS.
This is a commissioned sales position and is a tightly knit, high energy, highly achieving team which likes to have fun while winning. In this role you will be responsible for managing very high end pieces of business wand growing business at the world's leading CSP.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Successful candidate responsibilities include:

  • Developing deep trusted relationships with AWS across executives, procurement, and hardware engineering.

  • Influencing BU stakeholders to gain needed support and alignment to meet AWS' needs.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quota.

  • Winning next-generation designs and maximize inclusion of Intel technologies.

  • Directly negotiates pricing and sales terms with AWS procurement teams, delivering long term win/win results for both Intel and the customer.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A deep understanding of AWS product portfolio, DCAI roadmap and cloud market.

  • Self-discipline and results orientation, proven problem-solving skills.

  • The desire to win and thrive in a fast paced, competitive environment.

  • Inclusive working style across the account team, customer, and supporting organizations.

  • Excellent communication skills and the willingness to influence at all levels of the customer.

  • Experience creating and negotiating complicated business agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar field or equivalent professional work experience

  • 5+ years of work experience with demonstrated success in Sales, operations, business development, product management, or customer success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing sales experience.

  • Masters in, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent professional.
