We are now recruiting a Global Engineering C&Q Manager to join our diverse Global Engineering Department based in Ireland. Responsible for planning and coordinating C&Q activities for Global Engineering (GE) lead projects across the network. The successfully candidate will work with the cross functional teams to develop integrated schedules and resourcing estimates for individual projects. The role will involve the management of C&Q personnel, mainly contract based to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner the primarily function will be the commissioning and qualification of Facilities, Utilities and Equipment in line with regulatory requirements as defined by FDA, EU and regional Ministries of Health as relevant. This role will involve international travel to support project-based and other C&Q related activities across the network. Are you intrigued? Do you want to learn more? A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Global Engineering C&Q Manager would be: Planning and coordination of C&Q activities in line with a risk-based approach (RBV). Articulate and incorporate all C&Q deliverables into project scheduling tools and delivery outputs. Help standardize the C&Q approach across the network. Assessment of third-party C&Q support and / or the assessment of individual candidates for specific project roles. Manage C&Q teams / team coordinators to deliver key GE lead projects across the network. Track project progress in line with agreed schedules week on week. Support issue resolution through close working ties with the cross functional teams. Support protocol execution and reporting activities when required. Provide guidance and advisement to C&Q personnel. International Travel to support C&Q execution and management of FAT’s as well as on site execution activities. Work closely with key GE members and central services personnel to upskill. Qualifications So, what do you need to do this role? Education & Experience Degree / Diploma in an Engineering or science-based discipline. 3-5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a C&Q / Validation role. Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Regulatory Requirements. Multi-disciplinary experience: Facilities, Utilities & Equipment, validation. Previous experience in a project management role would be beneficial Experience in Risk based Verification (RBV). Experience with aseptic fill finish and OSD manufacturing practices. High degree of knowledge of all relevant EU/FDA regulations. Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities in an efficient and effective manner. Experience with paperless validation solutions such as Kneat would be beneficial. Ability to work closely with key project stakeholders to maintain project delivery schedules and limit any potential delays. So, are you ready to join our team?
