We are currently sourcing an experienced Planning Manager to join our high performing team in our Manorhamilton Road site in Sligo. In this role, you will lead the Planning Process for the site and supports the on-going development of the Supply Chain department. as well as drives the efficient set-up and introduction of new supply chains and materials, and monitors up-stream supply chains for risks and opportunities. In this role, you will; Lead, coach and mentor your team Assume overall responsibility for the planning, accuracy, tracking and monitoring of Affiliate Demand Management Prepare planning systems for new product launch Act as primary liaison between planning center and affiliate Identify product supply issues, seek alternatives, communicate issues to planning center and local management Monitor key performance indicators, perform root cause analysis, implement action plans, and strive for continuous improvement Develop replenishment and inventory plans to support monthly sales and operations planning process while minimizing inventory obsolescence Ensure integrity of data and planning parameters in system Ensure smooth transition for list number conversions and source changes Purchasing, negotiating, and contract administration Qualifications Still Interested? For this role, you will have: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline is required with minimum of 3 years in planning and 6 + years in manufacturing or supply chain.
