We are currently sourcing a Senior Compliance (Complaints) Supervisor to join our high performing Quality Assurance team in Westport on a 1-year fixed term contract. As our new Senior Compliance (Complaints) Supervisor you will play a leading role in the daily handling of customer complaints investigations and mentor new personnel on the complaints team and review/approve complaint cases for closure. You will also be involved in mentoring department personnel in the completion of case investigations. Interested? Then read on.... In this role, you will: • Manage the generation of routine reports associated with Complaint handling and ensure in conjunction with the Associate Director, Quality Control that adverse trends or signals are identified and addressed in a timely manner • Review and Approval of Complaint Cases • Provide guidance to Complaints Co-ordinators on complaint handling to ensure activities are completed as per schedule and in a GMP compliant manner. • Provide guidance to department personnel to ensure all complaints are fully investigated and suitable CAPA implemented. • Liaise with internal departments to achieve closure of complaint cases in a timely manner • Lead daily department Tier board • Quality Defect reports relating to customer complaints/counterfeit cases • Attend all meetings as requested by the Complaints Manager • You will coach, mentor and develop your team, building their capabilities and helping them advance their technical aptitude • Partner with your peers to improve efficiencies, brainstorm technical issues and troubleshoot any issues that arise Qualifications Still interested? for this role, you will have Education & Experience • A relevant bachelor’s degree in science or related field is desirable • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company is preferred • Experience in the use of Trackwise & document management systems is preferred • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel • Excellent communication skills • Ability to use sound judgment to make effective decisions within appropriate timeframes • Proven to be self-directed, self-motivated and ability to prioritize competing priorities • Excellent time management, organization and interpersonal skills Does this sound like the right next career move for you?
