Job Description:
Responsible for the program’s overall teaching quality and academic criteria fulfillment.
Carry out a string of teaching coordination and academic management work in line with the academic handbook for the ify program.
Conduct induction training, teaching workshop and new teacher training in conjunction with the academic department.
Organize key exams, conduct overall exam result analysis, confirm GPA and produce transcripts.
Conduct annual assessment on individual teachers and take part in the internal academic audit on a semester basis.
Get involved in teaching recruitment process, and help with the new academic year teaching resource planning.
Get involved in marketing promotion, school open day activities, student interview, parents’ meeting, and student discipline.
Assume certain teaching duty (English or related courses), with no more than 15 teaching classes per week.
Benefits:
20,000-25,000 RMB/Month after tax depending on experience and qualification.
Monthly housing allowance:2000 RMB
10,000 RMB airfare reimbursement each academic year.
Work visa, standard medical insurance and accident insurance.
Entitled to Chinese national holidays and school winter & summer holidays.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in English or other related majors.
At least 2-year full-time teaching experience of English for Academic Purposes at pre-college or advanced level.
At least 1-year full-time academic management experience, ideally with international schools.
Holder of an internationally recognized teaching certificate.
Responsible, strong leadership,well-organized, detail-oriented, can-do spirit, flexible and cooperative.
