Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing curriculum systems and educational products for our campuses, including

A. Curriculum systems for junior-high level and senior-high level international programs, such as AP courses, TOEFL courses, SAT courses, as well as courses of IB and A-level programs;

B. Study tour products, mainly the activity design and route plan of summer camps and winter camps;

C. Other educational products for future development.

2. Training and organizing faculty members in different campuses.

3. Managing educational programs of the company, and ensuring they are outstanding and exceptional compared to their rivals in China.

Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. degree in any major gained from a prestigious overseas university, enthusiastic about education;

2. Passionate about research on education and design of effective educational programs;

3. Experienced in organizing and leading the team members.

Office Location:

Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Annual salary of 400,000 – 600,000 CNY

2. 5%-10% of stock bonus

A． 各校区初中及高中国际部教学，包含AP课程、TOEFL课程、SAT课程、A-LEVEL体系课程、IB体系课程等；

B． 国际部游学，冬夏令营的活动设计、线路规划；

C． 公司未来开发的其他教育产品。

2. 培训与建设各校区教师团队；

3. 管理教育项目；相对于中国目前市场的同类项目，确保企业旗下的教育项目质量达到优秀以至卓越的级别；

1. 必须取得海外名校的博士学位，专业不限，热爱教育行业；

2. 热衷于教育研究；

3. 擅长团队组织与领导。

待遇：

1. 薪酬40-60万RMB/年；

2. 5-10%股份分红权。
