1. Implement the Oxford College's strategic plans and teaching plans deployed on schedule or related works;
2. Set goals and specific requirements for the teaching plans of international teachers;
3. To train teachers in accordance with international curriculum and selection of teaching materials, to be responsible for the professional training of International teachers, the control and guidance of teaching quality, and to urge the stability, optimization, and upgrading of the teaching staff;
4. Carry out regular teaching inspections and comprehensive inspections of the implementation of the teaching plans and syllabus set by the subject teachers, so as to makes suggestions on the management of teaching plans;
5. Be able to make specific plans and adjustment of academic works according to curriculum development and student change;
6. Responsible for assisting in docking the domestic and foreign curriculum system, creating training program for students, and gradually upgrading the training program according to feedback suggestions during the operation of teaching plans;
7. Cooperate with college to plan and promote enrollment;
8. Submit the term summary and new term training plan for teachers to the supervisor four weeks before the end of each semester;
9. To carry out teaching management work in accordance with detailed rules of College Teachers' Manual;
10. 15 hours' teaching per week is expected;
11. Complete other works assigned by the college.
