We are currently on the hunt for a passionate agile coach who will be based in our Hong Kong office working predominantly on FinTech and Digital Transformation projects

Working as an Agile Coach -
Your Role:  

• You coach people and teams, not the problem

• You coach people at all levels of the client organisation 

• You are expected to uplift the capability of the client teams going through an agile transformation

• You share knowledge with colleagues and uplift their capability to deliver with agility

• As a consultant, you are providing value to the client from day one 

• This is a leadership role for which at least years of relevant experience is needed and inspires, help and lead fellow teammates.

Working as a Scrum Master -

Your Role:

• You are a scrum master for a number of teams at client site

• You are expected to uplift the capability of the client teams going through an agile transformation

• You share knowledge with colleagues and uplift their capability to deliver with agility

• As a consultant, you are providing value to the client from day one 

• This is a leadership role for which at least years of relevant experience is needed and inspires, help and lead fellow teammates.
