Looking for Mexico City a Access Senior Manager
Activities:
•Align compendium to institutional protocols and guidelines for Amgen portfolio:
–Engagement plan with Expert Groups (CSG) & Scientific Experts (Institutions).
–Update stakeholder and process mapping as needed
•Deeper and broader engagement with stakeholders (high KDM) among Health Care System (SHCP, INSABI, Institutions)
•Ensure Amgen portfolio inclusions among different federal institutions (IMSS, ISSSTE, SEDENA, PEMEX, SEMAR)
•Coordinate access and fulfillment journey by eliminating access prescription barriers (Alignment with KAMs):
–Coordinate with HoK the strategy to ensure AAMATES requirement with Amgen Portfolio
•Shape the normative to ensure sustainability of new Amgen molecules in IMSS, ISSSTE, CCINSHAE, INSABI:
–Awareness of new molecules (ie. Lung cancer, PMO, BioS)
Requirements:
•3 to 5 years of experience in the new Mexican healthcare system as Access Manager
•Knowledge of current healthcare business model (purchase system)
•Deep knowledge and understanding of INSABI and IMSS
•Commercial (on field) experience
•English fluent (mandatory)
