JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with vendors on pre-production set ups and problem solve;
• All production issues as needed to ensure on time deliveries;
• Analyze the order upon receipt together with Sourcing Manager;
• Attend fittings as necessary;
• Weekly sourcing & production updates with buyers and cross-functional teams;
• Work to resolve and communicate production delays, production and quality issues;
• Initiate order follow up meetings with the rest of the team whenever necessary;
• Keep Sourcing Manager updated of general order situation;
• Create a good and open dialogue with your colleagues.

QUALIFICATION

• College or above, major in textile or garment will be preferred;
• Above 5 years in fashion accessories business experience, from buying office will be preferred;
• Professional in international trading;
• Good communication and inter-personal skill;
• Responsible and open minded;
• Hard working and willing to work under pressure;
• Good command of Mandarin and English, both in written and oral;

• Good computer skill, especially in EXCEL.
