Job description:

1. At development stage; sourcing new suppliers if need, assist sourcing or buying departments to negotiate with new suppliers for LC Waikiki terms and conditions, explain to new suppliers for ERF process, testing requirements, testing process and package details, etc., arrange factories technical and compliance audits for the intended suppliers.

2. At production stage, can manage critical path for production, can avoid the potential problems and solve the existed problems.

3. Pre-Production samples testing and production samples testing arrangements, testing results explanations for failed parts or deviations.

4. Samples packages dealing with, GS signed/stamped to suppliers.

5.In-line inspection reports translation and final AQL translation, inspection results explanations for failed parts or deviations.

Qualifications:

1. 3 to 5 years accessories merchandising working experiences or relative experiences, mainly for hat, gloves, socks,bags,nonstandard acessories etc.

2. The major in textile degree is preferible. Major of international trade is secondary.

3. Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill.
