Job Description

Objective of job
- Product manager to conduct industry, market and intelligence research, understand industry policy changes and have in-depth insights about market dynamic and customer needs; Assist management team to develop and implement Accident Management product strategy, design products and conduct product sales programs; make sufficient communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Product management: Design products and constantly adjust product design according to the changes of the market, dealers, end customers and industry policy; develop competitive service products to capture market changes; carry out sufficient communication with internal and external stakeholders; take charge of product launch and implementation; carry out product sales to achieve high penetration of all aspects of services and boost after-sales growth; assist dealers and dealer groups to effectively carry out product sales management, sales tracking and analysis
- Project management: Make business partner cooperation improvement plans based on market monitoring, accident car routing tracking and dealer demands; understand different needs from insurance partners, dealers and Regions; improve cooperation between dealers and insurance companies’ local branches and assist dealers to work out effective cooperation measures with local insurers
Task description
Development and Implementation of AM product Strategy
• Obtain in-depth understanding of the market changes, challenges and cusotmer demands, industry policy throuth market and intelligence research
• Assist management team to develop Accident Management Product Strategy and work out impemtation plan
• Maintain smooth and efficient communication with stakeholders to create alignment on AM product implementation plans
Accident Management Product Management
• Devise product development strategy and plan
• Timely capture the changes of insurance policy, market demand and service product, and able to carry out service product design / adjustment according to business needs
• Carry out service product management, including sales tracking, dealer sales plan implementation, sales service, revenue analysis, dealer/dealer group analysis, so as to ensure high penetration of service products and sustainable development of business in the long term
• Conduct communcaition activities to creat well undrstanding of the produts among dealers and dealer groups
• Work closely with other after-sales teams to carry out horizontal product design according to the requirements of other service businesses
Product sales KPI steering and projects support
• Implement product sales through retail processes aligned with global standard as well as adapted to meet local market needs
• Monitoring product sales performance and carry out dealer and dealer group’s sales performance analysis and tracing
• Develop and conduct activities to improve sales performance including training and communication with insurers, dealers communication tools development and etc
• Assist regions to conduct defective dealer management work
