Job Description

職責:

  • 負責公司全盤會計、會計出納及一般部門文書及行政工作;
  • 開具發票、跟踪收賬、準備收據和月度應收賬款賬齡分析報表;
  • 熟悉Oracle PMS系統者/金蝶財務系統優先;
  • 需要外勤工作。

 

入職要求;

  • LCCI 中級會計文憑或以上;
  • 2年或以上相關工作經驗,有酒店及服務式住寓/物業管理行業經驗者優先;
  • 工作積極、勤奮、細心、有責任感;
  • 有良好溝通技巧;
  • 熟悉電腦操作,懂中、英文輸入法;
  • 能操流利粵語粵語粵語、普通話及英語。

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full set of accounts, cashier duty and departmental related administrative work;
  • Preparing invoice, tracking collection, issuing receipts and conducting monthly aging report;
  • Familiar with Oracle PMS / EAS system is preferred;
  • Need to work outdoor.

 

Requirements

  • LCCI Intermediate or above;
  • 2 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in hotel and serviced apartments/property management industry;
  • Proactive, diligent, detail-minded and responsible;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Familiar with computer literacy including Word, Excel and English/Chinese Word Processing;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

 

5-days work in Sheung Wan, 14 days annual leave, bank holidays, meal allowance, double pay, discretionary bonus, and medical/dental/life insurance after probation.
