Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. General accounting duties
  2. Handle AP, AR, Cheques/ TT / LC payment, Bank reconciliation, Journal vouchers and general ledger entries
  3. Generate debit notes / reminders / receipts / autopay from billing system
  4. Assist in month end closing and preparation of monthly management report
  5. Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in accounting or LCCI Higher; and
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in accounting
  • Experience in computerized accounting system
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Self-motivated, Independent, responsible and good team player
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred


5-days work week: Monday to Friday (9:00a.m - 2:00 p.m.)
HK$60-80 per hour (Depending on experience)
Working Location: Kwun Tong
