Job Summary:
Disney Advertising Sales Colombia is looking for a highly motivated, solution-oriented “Account Executive, Ad Sales” who has built strong relationships with clients and agencies, while driving revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the entertainment and possess excellent persuasion skills, as they will be required to speak articulately about the entire Disney portfolio. A critical part of being a successful Account Executive is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences and translating those into saleable opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and generate revenue from clients and agencies through sales outreach and consultative approach.
- Understand client objectives in order to develop the right solutions using data, research, custom content and marketing integrations that meets or exceeds customer needs.
- Meet with key clients in order to build strong relationships and be their Disney advocate.
- Responsible for generating new business and growth of revenue across all accounts
- Surpass revenue goals and targets while accurately managing pipeline and forecasting
- Educate clients on best practices and proactively lend insights to areas where we can help.
- Be the expert and know how to differentiate Disney from the competition
- Post sale follow up to prove out performance and start conversation on next opportunity.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of advertising sales experience
- Ability to multi-task and navigate large complex organizations
- Must be excellent at communication and possesses presentation skills that engage a room and foster continuous dialog
- Strong network of key client and agency partners
- Demonstrated a track record of revenue growth & superior client interactions
- Positive, detail oriented, self-starter
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- English proficiency is a plus
