Position Overview:
This Account Executive should be able to articulate the vision of our company. The candidate shall implement the strategy for key accounts, formulate and execute in a tactical manner. He/she shall analyze results of projects and campaigns. Successful candidate needs to be PASSIONATE towards digital media and innovation, personally digital savvy in beauty market and being a good team player.

Roles and responsibilities:

E-Commerce Marketing & Operation

• Maintain effective daily operation of specific sales channel to grow sales and improve customer experience
• Coordinate marketing & sales activities to acquire customers and sales
• Coordinate and build relationships with marketplace partners, affiliate partners, portals and websites to drive channel growth
• Work within budget for digital marketing spend and track ROI
• Support customer acquisition by increasing the effectiveness of channel activities, social media, SEM while identifying new growth opportunities
• Update and monitor daily / weekly transaction reports for business analysis

Analytics

• Manage analytics reports weekly and monthly
• Analysis digital footprint and behaviors of current and future growth segments
• Identify areas of improvement from customer behavior & data

Project support

• Supervise and/or project manages online deliverables from internal/our agencies

• University graduate, 2-3 years solid experience in digital or e-commerce industry
• Experience in managing eMarketplaces / social-commerce business is an advantage
• Strong analytic skills and sensitive to numbers
• Strong project management skills, able to work independently, short timeline and complete projects within required timeframes
• Multitasker and problem solver
• Interested in beauty, fashion and what’s trending
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, flexible and highly adaptable to changes
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, strong interpersonal skills
