Main Responsibilities:

Business development to potential international clients.
Account management and development of existing clients.
Work with global Adecco colleagues on cross-national leads

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in China
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proactive and cooperative approach
Team player, positive working attitude, professional, conscientious and responsible
Willing to learn and work in an international growing environment
