Key Responsibilities:
Explore new customers and build up the trust relationship with existing clients;
Well understand of existing clients, make clients retain programme, make sure client’s benefit is being kept and increased;
Proper marketing activities based on clients’ ICT requirement / needs;
Provide the management with information of marketing studies, analysis and forecast, understand clients’ need and the competitors’ capability, to help with the business strategy;
Customer information filing setup and make sure its accurate and updated;
Maintain customer relationship.
Qualification and key skills:
Bachelors degree on computing, electronic engineering, communication engineering, 985 or 211 universities preferred;
Skillful of Office applications; Excellent written and oral English language capability;
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, logic, good with numbers and hardworking;
Good sense of customer caring, team working, good capability of commercial negotiation;
Understand communication market and have network connections;
Some knowledge of fiance and legal.
