The Role
Account Manager is a critical role in Field Sales organization, who needs to have strong passion and energy, will manage pre-defined highest potential and strategically important accounts to achieve the sales goals, grow NI business and help customers to be more competitive in their market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the business in these global and domestic Automotive Tier1s to achieve long-term success
  • Build a vision of mutual business success between NI and assigned account through uncovering
inefficiencies & pain points within the customer’s value creation process
  • Networking within assigned accounts to build high-impact relationships
  • Craft and execute the sales strategy focusing on the customer-co-authored initiatives to generate
demands and identify opportunities to ensure business growth and align with NI business objectives
  • Be active in providing customer updates, product feedback to company, and apply the customers’
feedback on driving account penetration with cross-functional teams.

Key Performance Objectives
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and meet sales quota
  • Demonstrate account knowledge and ability to impact revenue by utilizing sales tracking systems
and providing accurate forecasts.
  • Develop and drive the execution of account development plan to generate customers’ demand.
  • Learn NI offering and relevant value proposition.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science, or similar.
  • Very good communication skills to build solid relationships with customers
  • Nice negotiation and presentation skills in Chinese and English
  • Quick learner with open-mind
  • 3+ years of sales or engineering experience in automotive accounts (Tire1 or OEM company)
  • Experience in Electric Vehicle or ADAS/Autonomous Driving is preferred
  • Experience in Bosch/UAES, Visteon, Autoliv/Veoneer will be a plus
