Responsibilities
？ Key agency contact for the client and responsible for day-to-day management of the account
？ Provide the stimulus to generate good creative work – creative brief, brainstorm ideas etc.
？ Be involved in the briefing of planning, creative, media and digital teams
？ Ensure the timely generation and distribution of weekly status reports and meeting contact reports
？ Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of timing plans, cost estimates and campaign reports
？ Responsible for planning, budgeting and trafficking jobs
？ Be involved in strategic discussions and decisions
？ Assist in the development of strategic presentations, liaising with various parties and departments to consolidate materials
？ Assist in information gathering and research of product, category and competitive information for presentation purposes
？ Manage your team upwards and downwards, reporting to the Account Director and training the Account Executive
？ You will be part of an account management team working on a specific social media campaign for an international client
？ Your role is to oversee the daily community management of the social media platforms, help monitor response and provide feedback, collect, report and analyse data, participate in ideas brainstorming on interesting and relevant social media content to increase consumer engagement

Requirements
？ Fluent English and Chinese
？ Minimum 6 years experience in a creative/digital agency or relevant client-side experience
？ Entrepreneurial, roll up the sleeves attitude
？ Analytical, problem-solving mentality, strong sense of responsibility, independent thinking and positive work attitude, team spirit
？ The ideal candidate is an active participant of the social media scene in China and is interested in following the latest hot topics, in touch with netizen sentiment and keeping up with social media trends and entertainment news
？ Candidates who have an active social media account are preferred (please provide personal weibo account in your resume)
？ Familiarity with the social media platforms such as weibo, wechat and tieba
？ Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills is required, familiarity with Photoshop is preferred
？ Ability to draft social media copy is a bonus
