Position: Account Manager 重点客户经理 (高端地产行业)
Location: Shanghai 上海
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for determining and executing sales process and strategy for new and existing clients within specified territories. And working closely with editorial team and digital team, you will be responsible for drawing up integrated media solutions/proposals to potential clients. As a sales position, you are evaluated by the company’s quota system monthly.

- To develop key account and high-end clients by providing integrated media solution for proactive pitches in high-end real-estate territory (including serviced apartment, shopping mall, overseas property agency and related industries). Work plan and prospecting list should be submitted every Friday.
- To manage sales campaigns and check that campaigns have delivered in line with the signed contracts, and payment issued on time.
- To coordinate with other key stakeholders and departments (i.e. Finance, Digital, Production)
- To achieve monthly quotas/targets
1. 通过为高端地产行业(包括服务式公寓,商业地产,海外地产及相关行业)的市场营销提供综合媒体解决方案,开发重点客户和高端客户。每周五提交工作计划和潜在客户名单。
2. 管理销售合同内容,检查营销方案是否按照签订的合同交付,是否按时付款。
3. 与其他相关部门(即财务、数字、设计)进行协调。
4. 实现月度销售目标
Requirements 要求:
- Bachelor degree, major in advertising or marketing is preferred 本科,广告专业或者市场营销专业将会优先考虑
- Proficient English skills, both orally and literally 英语听说读写熟练
- Basic office computer skills 电脑办公软件熟练运用
- Excellent communication and presentation 优秀的沟通和表达能力
- Ambitious in media industry and energetic 对于传媒行业充满活力
- More than 3 years experience, previous working experience in media industry is preferred 3年以上工作经验,有媒体行业工作经验者优先
