Qualifications Required:

• Background in chemistry/chemical engineering/environment engineering, or related field
• Strong business development, marketing and customer relations skills, Proved resume in NBD/ Customers handling
• Excellent communication/sales skills
• Strong ability to work independently (commercial & technical capacity)
• Great team player
• Good analytical skills - both technical and financial
• Good compliance spirit

Desired:

• Extensive industry experience.
• Strong domain expertise in RO, UF and other applications.
• Hands-on service experience in chemistry and engineering systems.
• Good career track record.
• Good experience in water treatment solutions would be a plus
• Good experience in specialty treatment chemicals in light industries would be a plus
• Good experience in KAM and project management would be a plus

What will you be doing?

Responsible for Water treatment solution sales in light industries in Anhui and part of Jiangsu.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities; Maintain customer relationship through value-added services.
• Develop and execute territory sales plan to drive topline growth.
• Integrate sales strategy with regional situation to maximize SUEZ's share in marketplace.
• Work in a matrix environment with product management, commercial operation, engineering and technical support.
• Ensure all opportunities meet SUEZ WTS business objectives for profitability, and assess the commercial and technical viability of the project. Determine and assess all risks, including financial, environmental, legal, political, etc.
• Recommend the appropriate structure for the project to company, including the need for local equity partners, structure of the construction contract, and O&M (operation & maintenance) aspects of the project.
• Ensure a smooth transition of all activities to the implementation team
