The role of Account Manager is the primary interface of the Customer Purchasing Organization and

mainly in charge of the prices and of the contractual relationship with a customer.

销售经理主要是对接客户采购部门,主要负责与客户的价格与合同关系。

  • Ensure that the commercial file transmitted by the program is complete and coherent and that the history of the commercial items are correctly documented internally with the related cost information and contractually communicated to the customer

    确保根据项目传送的商业文件是完整且条理清楚的, 确保商品的历史信息正确记录,并与内部相关成本信息记录保持一致, 并通过合同传达给客户

  • Monitor the prices and price break-down (bill of material, handling fees, assembly value sold services, piece price amortization, other items sold) with the purchasing department as a consequence of the product definition and yearly negotiations

    监控价格和价格明细表 (物料清单、手续费、装配价值销售服务、件价摊销、其他物品出售) 与采购部门作为产品定义和年度谈判的依据

  • Records all the agreements with the customer and updates the contractual documentation on the complete program

  • Ensure Price consistency

    确保价格一致性

  • Consolidate & Maintain Price database

    整合和维护价格数据库


    Customer relationship

    客户关系

  • Develop the intimacy with his direct counterparts at the customer and with the assigned contacts by the sales network

  • Know the customer organization and identify the key deciders or influence people for the related acquisition.

  • Maintain Customers organisation charts updated. Technical / Purchasing

    Documentation

  • Ensure distribution within Shiloh organization updates on program time schedule, production planning especially volumes

  • Be the primary interface for program finance controller for any update of sales information within the business plan

    在业务计划的销售部分,与财务总监就项目的信息与更新直接对口。

  • Receive customers requests

  • Make Customers offers in coordination with Program Managers and Prototype Workshop

    协调项目经理和样品生产车间执行客户的要约

  • Receive all orders from the customers, check that the prices are in line with Shiloh offers.

    接受客户的所有订单, 检查价格是否符合 shiloh 的报价

  • Launch internally the prototype orders

    在内部启动样品订单生产

  • Follow-up their delivery and payment

    跟踪其交付和付款情况


Qualifications : 任职资格:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

理想的候选人必须具备:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialisation in Sales

    工程专业本科以上学历, 并在销售上有专长

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales and in car automotive industry

    至少有5年以上在销售和汽车行业的工作经验

  • Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills

    以结果为导向,具有较强的书面和口头沟通能力

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organisation

    具备在矩阵式组织中工作的能力

  • International mind set, strong analytical skills

    具备国际化思维, 有很强的分析能力

  • Minimim bi-lingual (English required)

    最少双语 (英语必备)
