We are looking for a passionate, results-driven individual with an extensive working experience in business development and client management to drive adoption of Amazon Accelerator Program and maximize early business impact of the program among CN sellers. Accelerator Program offers an exclusive resource package previously only available to private brands to fuel growth of high potential sellers' brands in exchange for potentially owning these brands as well as a fixed program fee. The dedicated manager will identify and recruit high potential seller brands, bridge resources and drive sales of program sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and influencing skills to be able to work in a demanding, fast changing, cross country, cross functional, both internal and seller facing environment. He/She would need to be strong in bias for action, delivering result, earn trust and learn and be curious in order to deliver great result under pressure.

Key Responsibility:
1. Understand the value position and design of the program, come up with an effective pitch to sellers about the value of the program, earn sellers’ trust and bring sellers on board to the program.
2. Work with program sellers to enable them to comply with Amazon’s requirements and successfully pass all audits, set up listings and adopt features to ensure the best customer experience.
3. Lead internal coordination with Seller support teams and the EU Private Brands team on exclusive merchandising resources to fuel business growth of seller’s licensed brand account.
4. Drive business reviews with sellers and do analysis to understand sales trends and drivers and develop recommendations on how to grow the business.
5. Contribute towards improving the program design based on the experience in the overall onboarding process for new sellers added to the program.

任职要求:
1. More than 5 year’s relevant experience in the retail and or related industries, with a proven track record of strong result.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
3. Good analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools)
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
5. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
6. Team player, know how to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
7. Proficiency in oral and written English
8. BA/BS required

Preferred qualifications
1. Previous working experience with business development roles, ecommerce industry, retail industry or FMCG brands
