JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Lead to develop Shop In Shop (SIS) channel strategies

2.Initiate, align and execute Annual Joint Business Plan with responsible department stores.

3.Deliver the aligned store coverage / renovation strategies year on year.

4.Secure the Best-In-Class SIS location, space, term, DM feature & SOV and the exposure.

5.Ensure Top line target delivery and beat store Level one contribution for SIS

6.Hit / exceed 4 wall contribution target and ROIC for street shop and outlet particularly on beating the internal requirement of lease contract and commission.

7. Protect DSO.
