Ensuring contact and good relationship with customers

Co-Ordination of related sales engineer(s)
Main Responsibilities主要工作:
Initiate RFQ and submit quotations
处理询价并发送报价
Reviewing and drafting of contracts
审查和起草合同
Project management for sales projects
销售项目的项目管理
Monitoring of order handling
监控订单处理
Co-Ordination of information-flow from customers to internal departments and other facilities
协调从客户到内部部门和其他子公司的信息流
Organized documentation of all technical and commercial operations
组织所有技术和商业运作的文件
Continuous improvement of sales related processes
销售相关流程的不断完善
Monitoring activities for external processes
监测外部流程的活动
Travelling (customer visits, fairs etc.)
差旅(顾客参观,展销会等)
Requirements任职要求:
Excellent spoken and written mandarin
优秀的口语和书面普通话
Very good spoken and written English
非常好的口语和书面英语
College or above degree in engineering or business management
大专以上学历,工程或企业管理
Excellent technical comprehension
优秀的技术理解力
More than 3 years work experience in international sales or project management
3年以上国际销售或项目管理工作经验
Work experience in foreign/multinational company preferred
在国外/跨国公司工作经验者优先
Work experience in same or related industry
在相同或相关行业的工作经验
Excellent urbane appearance and behaviour
