Job Description
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure all activities will follow company safety policy, and participate the safety meeting & training in local office.
- To achieve business goal in line with country/department business strategy.
- Focus on new customer development.
- To cooperate with cross function team for the technical support, new product development, new market development, order management.
- To encompass growth plan in related territory, execution of sales plan in conjunction with country sales and marketing plan to achieve sales result.
- To establish and maintain customer data, analyze the market and provide weekly/monthly work report.
- Identify sales/market potential, feedback to marketing and or direct manager/supervisor.
- KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Education:Bachelor/Master on chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineer, business administration or related degree.
- Experiences:At least 5 years extensive sales experience in Automotive industry or tiers, specialty adhesive experience is preferred.
- Know-how/Skills:Value Selling and negotiation skill. Able to communicate and influence customers.

SPECIAL FEATURES
