You want to own your career and you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story: a challenging and rewarding role as an Account Manager for Taiwan Hyper Market segment. You will be developing annual account plan for 3 hyper markets including Carrefour, RT mart and A-Mart to deliver company objective including sales, margin and market share.
Let's Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Senior Channel Manager, you will develop and implement annual account plan / monthly promotion plan to achieve sales and OP goals. You will also evaluate promotion effectiveness to better leverage limited trade spending to maximize ROI. Strong management of customers and continuously strengthening customer relationship is also a key to seize business opportunity to ensure long term key account business success. You are also expected to co-work with cross-functional teams to maximize the sales impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Execute annual plan and manage budget, deflator, effectively.
Develop and strengthen the relationship with key accounts to continuously improve the customer satisfaction to achieve win-win situation.
Leverage all the skills for better contract negotiation.
Communicate with field sales team and cross functional team effectively to ensure the business plan can be executed in trade perfectly.
Leverage data analytical skill for better sales forecast and promotional arrangement; be able to control inventory and take needed action soon to address account issues if any.

Ideally you will have 5+ years of KA management experience gained within a Consumer Goods / Cosmetics / Retail company. Professional experience is important, but it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
Tertiary education; university graduate is a strong plus
Detailed knowledge of hyper market customer organization and decision making process
Strong negotiation and communication skills; strong in account development / management, developing business plan, and analyzing sales & budget data
Strong business and finance acumen
Native Mandarin; knowledge in Taiwanese is an asset
Innovative, strong interpersonal skills & resilience
IT proficient (Microsoft Office)
