Job Description

1. 负责浙江区域的市场拓展和销售活动,确保实现销售额和市场份额的目标;

2. 组织市场调研,收集市场及竞争对手信息,为领导决策提供基础依据;

3. 制定销售计划、寻找新机会,以达成年度销售目标和长期增长计划;

4. 通过与高速、市政道路、国省道相关业主、设计院、加工商建立牢固的业务关系来制定和影响准入策略;

5. 与现有的和潜在的经销商建立合作关系,并在区域内建立高效的销售渠道;

6. 负责货款回收并能与业务支持部门高效沟通。

1. Responsible for the market development and sales activities of the Zhejiang region to ensure the achievement of sales revenue and market share goals.

2. Oret research, collect market and competitor information, provide basic information for leadership decision.

3. Develop sales pipelines and close new opportunities to achieve annual sales objective and long term growth plan.

4. Develop Spec-in strategy by approaching and building up strong business relationship with highway, city road, provincial road related project owner, designer and convertors.

5. Build up channel partnership with existing and potential distributors and build up effective sales channel in the region.

6. Responsible for the achievement of account receivable target and effectively communicate with related parties in company.

Qualifications

1. 大学本科及以上学历;

2. 三年以上商务(市场或销售)营销经验,有渠道管理经验,有交通相关行业经验者优先;

3. 有扎实的客户需求分析和关系建立能力,能主动寻找新机会;

4. 能够承受压力,50%的时间可能需要出差;

5. 熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件;具有基本的英文表达能力和书写能力。

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. More than three years of business experience, have experience of channel management.  traffic related industry experience preferred.

3. Solid consultation and relationship building skills. Passionate about the “hunt” for new opportunities.

4. Can work under pressure environment,50% travel may be necessary.

5. Excellent in Word, Excel and other office software, basic English skill of reading and writing.
