Job Description
Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs .
Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients.
Complete associated paperwork, following each customer contact in a timely manner to ensure all details of transaction are completed according to approved and standardized procedures.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competition.
Internal collaboration with the global project team to ensure the implementation and roll out smoothly.
Conduct the sales and product training for the customers and company representatives.
Work with Global Intelligent Label team "go to market" strategy to increase the marketing sharing in China on Food/logistics/Retail store
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
Experience in selling consulting services or hardware/software solutions.
Must be very organized, proactive, and self-directed; able to perform with minimal supervision
Must have very strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to handle aggressive targets and pressure.
Previous outside technical-sales or project-sales experience, software or hardware 3 - 5 years required.
Sales experience in Auto Identification and Data Capture products or barcode printing is preferred.
Language Ability(Mandarin &Proficient English )
Computer Skills: Knowledge in Serial-Interface & Ethernet-Interface; .Net & Java Programming; MS Office;
