The objective of the holder of this position is to provide the necessary customer coverage, relationship management and commercial and technical positioning of products, equipment and services to successfully develop the business with international Rail Manufacturers. Your Challenge The candidate will be hired in Italy with a temporary contract. She / He will report to the Head of Sales & Bid of Siemens Mobility, and she / he will be responsible for the business development with international Rail Manufacturers. What you need to bring with you You should already have significant operational experience in customer management and business development: Be responsible for the customer relationship Develop and maintain good working relationships with key customer personnel from the executive level to the working and execution groups Work with complex international companies and identify sales opportunities Think about everything from the customer perspective Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions Deliver proposals and manage follow-up internally and with customers Effective, clear communication in English and Italian languages; German would be beneficial Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel Be a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element European Work Permit What can we further offer?
