We are seeking a creative, highly responsible, and adept at client communication Account Manager for exhibition booth design work. As an Account Manager for exhibition booth design, you will collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and ensure that our design team delivers high-quality booth design solutions. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the design team, responsible for project management, communication, and ensuring timely project completion. We will pay basic salary and commission based on each contract.

Responsibilities:

1，Communicate with clients to understand their exhibition booth design requirements and ensure all design proposals meet client expectations and requirements.
2，Coordinate internal design teams to ensure smooth project progress, including scheduling, task assignment, and progress supervision.
3,Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects, closely collaborating with the design team to address any issues and challenges that may arise.
4,Assist in developing and managing project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
5,Provide excellent customer service, promptly responding to client needs and inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6,Track and document project progress to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documents and reports.
7,Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure that booth design fabrication and construction meet requirements.
Requirements:

1,Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a relevant field of study.
2,Work experience in exhibition booth design or related fields at least 3 years with a preference for those with project management experience
3,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with clients and teams.
4,Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of effectively managing multiple projects and handling unforeseen circumstances.
5,Proficient in project management tools and office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, Project, etc.
6,Understanding and appreciation of design and creativity, capable of understanding client needs and providing innovative design solutions.
7,Team player with the ability to effectively lead and coordinate team members to drive project progress.
