Job Responsibilities
This role will report into the Regional Vice President in Asia, supporting operations, account management, and business development. Key responsibilities include:

Implementation of new policies and partnerships

Manage relationships with clients, broker/consultants, and alliance partners to identify and address requirements as they relate to VSP products and service offerings. Function as primary VSP service contact to achieve and maintain high satisfaction levels, solve problems, and ensure client / partner retention.

Prepare sales proposals for new clients and renewals

Log and track activity into CRM system

Assist corporate team in creating client policies and support operations such as membership administration and invoicing
-
Adhoc customer service with system access (local back up of US operations team)
-
Coordinate with internal partners on customer and prospect requests such as TPA questionnaire, IT assessment and vendor management requests Coordinate with internal partners to manage and support client reporting requirements, such as utilization and claim details etc.

Coordination and participation of onsite enrollment, wellness, employee communication sessions and other benefits events such as sponsorship of benefits forums/seminars
-
Provide local input and support in developing and updating B2B and B2C collaterals together with Marketing team.

Support research of new markets and new sales channels

Support new product development
Requirements
-
Over 3 years of experience in employee benefits
-
Understand local market benefits trends and benefits administration practices
-
Open to travel
-
Strong written and oral communication skills
-
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Bachelor degree preferred
-
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-
Proficient in typing Chinese is preferred
