Account Manager – Cloud Biz

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Advise corporate customer to pick the right cloud solution meeting their needs
  • Regular review and update with customer to ensure customer success in their cloud journey
  • Develop, record, accurately forecast and report pipeline for attaining revenue and profit targets
  • Work with Cloud Solution consultants to design cloud services and solutions to meet customer specific needs
  • Assist in and actively support marketing activities such as seminar, event, roadshow, training and webinar
  • Team play with operation and service teams to look after existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer success

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience in corporate B2B business (Telecom/ISP/SI partners with Microsoft Cloud sales experiences are highly preferred), and strong proven sales or consulting background is a plus
  • With solid existing IT base are highly preferred
  • Basic Knowledge or concept in Cloud solution such as Office 365 and Azure, Cloud backup and security solution and Managed service is an advantage
  • Interested in developing your career in fast growing Cloud industry becoming a professional  
  • Passionate, aggressive, agile, self-disciplined, strong planning and eager to success in being a trusted advisor
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Applicants with more experience will be considered for senior position.
