Account Manager – Cloud Biz

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Advise corporate customer to pick the right cloud solution meeting their needs
- Regular review and update with customer to ensure customer success in their cloud journey
- Develop, record, accurately forecast and report pipeline for attaining revenue and profit targets
- Work with Cloud Solution consultants to design cloud services and solutions to meet customer specific needs
- Assist in and actively support marketing activities such as seminar, event, roadshow, training and webinar
- Team play with operation and service teams to look after existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer success
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years working experience in corporate B2B business (Telecom/ISP/SI partners with Microsoft Cloud sales experiences are highly preferred), and strong proven sales or consulting background is a plus
- With solid existing IT base are highly preferred
- Basic Knowledge or concept in Cloud solution such as Office 365 and Azure, Cloud backup and security solution and Managed service is an advantage
- Interested in developing your career in fast growing Cloud industry becoming a professional
- Passionate, aggressive, agile, self-disciplined, strong planning and eager to success in being a trusted advisor
- Effective communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Applicants with more experience will be considered for senior position.
