Responsibilities

• Lead the team to manage and operate online search platforms and social media channels
• Task allocation, provide training and coaching to team members, monitor team members’ performance
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and execute plans to achieve clients’ goals
• Provide strategic insight and professional analysis reviews and recommendations to clients to grow the business together
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Development, Marketing/ Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
• 3-5 years work experience in Account Servicing in Digital Marketing field or related disciplines (Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Account Manager)
• Hands on experiences with Digital Marketing campaign(Search Engine/ Display Ad./ Social Media/ Mobile Digital)
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Entrepreneurial and business mindset which may grow with the company and clients
• Good presentation and negotiation skills, flexible and be able to work under pressure
• Highly independent, team player and innovative, self-motivated responsive, well-organized presentable with strong analytical skills and business sense
• Management experiences in coaching junior colleagues
• Immediate available is highly preferred
