My client is an American multinational e-commerce corporation. They have an online auction and shopping website in which people and businesses buy and sell a wide variety of goods and services worldwide.

職務說明

• Managing, growing and developing emerging strategic merchants in various verticals
• Help merchants for cross border shipping solution and as consultant/trainer to them.
• Coach and deliver value to strategic merchants to optimise their business on our platform through ability to analyse data and provide customer insights, market research, category trends and best practice
• Understand merchant business and needs in order to build strategic growth plans
• Ensure our TW business objectives are met through data and market analysis, project planning and execution
• Creating, managing and presenting performance reports within the team regularly

理想的應徵者

• Need to have Auto parts or Shipping background (3 - 5 years experiences)
• University graduate or above with at least 3-year Account/ Project management experience Preferably at least 2-year relevant experience in e-Commerce and online trading
• Acute sense of online market trends and customer needs with strong apolitical mind
• Outstanding communication skills, creativity, strategic thinking and attention to details are perquisites
• Familiar with Taiwan's main exporting industry (example : fashion, P&A, electronics………………)
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
