Account Manager/Executive (Advertisement for international real estate)

Job Description
Account Manager shall generate advertising revenues (printing and online) across several magazine titles including China Boating, LP - Luxury Properties, JET Asia-Pacific and Pinnacle. Working with clients and their ad media agencies, Account Managers are responsible for generating advertising revenue, growing new business and building client relationships. Sales scope also includes revenues generated from special projects such as brand events and events sponsorships.
The responsibilities including but not limited to:
1.Increase Advertising revenue of the magazines (CB, LP, JET) , achieve the sales targets;
2.Maintain existing accounts and develop new accounts, build up good relationships with clients;
3.Follow up with 4A agencies, and maintain good relationships with the agencies;
4.Database updates for clients and advertising agencies;
5.Preparation of sales proposals and contracts;
6.Coordinate with events team for sponsors;
7.Coordinate with the editorial team on editorial support matters and collection of advertising and other client materials before the closing of the magazine;
8.Follow-up with clients on payment/AR;
9.Coordination management for Pinnacle production;
10.Build up the reputation of the magazines in the industry and among the niche luxury communities including yacht owners, jet owners and high-end property buyers;
11.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1.University education in sales, marketing, business or related industry discipline;
2.2+ years experience in media advertising sales;
3.Deep knowledge of related industries;
4.Superior client sales skills including presentations, lead qualification, negotiations and closing;
5.Catch new trends and developments of related industries;
6.Efficient coordination with partners and agencies;
7.Ability to attract company supporters, especially advertising clients;
8.Hardworking and well-organized, proactive and self-motivated, possessing attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
9.Excellent communication and coordination skills, good social capability, can work smoothly cross different departments;
10.Team work spirit and ability for finish the assigned work independently;
11.Fluent in English;
12.Obey the management procedures and policies of the company, comply with the work arrangement of the company;
13.Keep positive working attitude and carry out the responsibilities carefully;
14.Be able to travel and work after office hours or over weekends as required.
