Job Description
  • Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion to reach sales target 积极与经销商配合并协同工作,通过为客户提供教育和学术推广达成销售指标
  • Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution 根据全国的市场策略,制定区域内的销售策略并执行
  • Hire/manage/evaluate ID distributors in territory 招募/管理/评估所辖区域的免疫诊断经销商
  • Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers. 和重点客户建立并保持沟通,以充分了解市场并对客户的问题提供及时反馈和解决
  • Organize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory 区域内用户的产品和临床应用培训




Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in medicine, clinical laboratory, or relevant majors 医学或检验相关专业大学本科以上学历;
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record 有外企医疗行业3年以上的销售和经销商管理工作经验;
  • 有在IVD领域仪器和试剂销售经验
  • Good communication skill, High team spirit良好的客户沟通技巧,高度的团队协作精神;
  • Willing to travel frequently适应经常出差;
  • Work hard, and willing to face challenge 乐于接受挑战;
