As the Account Manager – Healthcare Vertical, you will:
- Manage and develop customer relationships, develop growth strategy for customer
- Conduct contract negotiation and renewal with customer
- Manage customer escalations, incl. customer’s requirements, concerns, complaints and service issues, and work with operation team in developing resolutions
- Conduct regular business review / QBR with assigned customers for continuous service improvement
- Conduct analysis on customer’s P&L and KPIs to identify focus area for improvements
- Anticipate proactively customer needs and changes and offer corresponding new solutions. Provide regular updates to senior management on customer’s initiatives and strategies to facilitate developing strategic account development plan

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Above 5 years working experience as Account Manager for international logistics accounts
- In-depth knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics Operations
- Good project management knowledge and skills
- Understand Healthcare 3PL operation is a must
- WMS / SAP / JDE system principles
- Financial Accounting principles
