Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager Off-Highway, incl. CNH, and Alternative Markets, this position is responsible of managing the assigned customer base to increase sales in the local marketplace and provide sales and technical assistance to distributors, contractors and internal personnel Key responsabilities: Lead, for the assigned customers Off-Highway all the programs that revolve around pricing, revenue, growth, profitability, design, and customer satisfaction. Serves as a member of a cross-functional customer interface team to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs. Support the development of the regional customer strategy for both the annual profit and five-year strategic plans Provides input into the description, qualification, and recommendations of growth opportunities for new product . Gathers competitive information about projects/ product / platform trends / directions and reports it to the Sales Manager Manages cost reduction programs to support customer cost cutting initiatives while maintaining internal profitability targets. Deploys the customer relationship review (CRR) process and assists in developing action plans to improve customer satisfaction performance. Assists with the resolution of all open DSO issues at responsible customer base. Builds customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering. Contributes to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions Qualifications MS degree in Engineering, Business or other approved discipline. 3-5 years of sales experience in Automotive industry Fluent English and Italian Financial Skills: P&L, Cost estimating, Pricing Market and Customer Knowledge Value Proposition Design & Communication Drive for results, priority setting, time management and communication/negotiation What we offer to you: Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team We make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible #LI-EC1 Candidate applying to the vacancy will be subject of the background screening.
