Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive Financial Performance (Achieve Individual Rooms Revenue target, Achieve the target set on the number of annual renters)
- Implement business plans on acquisition, retention, and development of new accounts.
- Execute and manage all the activities related to Sales department
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to the internal and external customers.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- University/College degree in a related discipline required
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a Hospitality, Sales, or Real Estate
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications required
- Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
