Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Drive Financial Performance (Achieve Individual Rooms Revenue target, Achieve the target set on the number of annual renters)
  • Implement business plans on acquisition, retention, and development of new accounts.
  • Execute and manage all the activities related to Sales department
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to the internal and external customers.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • University/College degree in a related discipline required
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a Hospitality, Sales, or Real Estate
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications required
  • Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
