Responsible to analyze market trends and assist company to exploit domestic advantages to develop domestic Sales Market and increase sales opportunities. Lead the team to seek new business opportunities and expand sales channels. 

Work location: Hong Kong / Mainland

Responsibilities

-       Monitor project progress and project coordination works

-       Liaise and coordinate with clients, sub-contractors for handle details

-       Plan and mobilize site works to fulfill the requirements of main contractor

-       Innovation project planning, tendering quotation and specification

-       Proficiency in MS Office Application and able to work under pressure

-       Plan and execute all kinds of promotion activities for clients

-       Conduct site measurement is required

-       Develop new business opportunities; prepare pitching document and proposals  

Requirement

-       Diploma / Certificategraduate in any discipline or equivalent;

-       Good communication and presentation skills

-       Minimum 3 -5 years event or decorated media/ agency industries

-       Being project in charge, manage project to profitability and within time frame

-       Excellent communication and mall management skills

-       Proficiently in both written & spoken English and Chinese

-       Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
