Job Description
As an account manager, your primary duties will be the following:

1. Act as CEA’s primary point of communication with clients for quality assurance project items; entails sending daily reports, resolving ad-hoc quality issues, and relating all relevant actions and findings from CEA’s factory–level Project Operations Team, to both internal CEA management, and to external clients.

2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and continuously prospect for new business opportunities within currently held accounts.

3. Coordinate with internal CEA teams on assigned accounts, in order to deliver customized client solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

4. Ensure project orders are managed correctly at the point of entry to guarantee accuracy and efficiency when executing client requirements.

5. Develop and maintain expertise of market and technology trends in order to understand customer issues and challenges; be able to educate customers on potential business needs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree; background in Mechanical/Structural/Electrical Engineering is preferred, but not required.
2. Proven account management and project planning skills.
3. Strong customer focus and desire to improve expertise.
4. High level presentation and communication skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
5. Quality Assurance background in manufacturing is a plus.
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another language is a plus.
7. Display an innovative approach to problem solving.
8. Have strong analytical skills.
9. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within China or other countries.
