About This Opportunity

The Account Manager will develop account relationships with retail and product partners, managing initial and ongoing account launches, maximizing opportunities to expand distribution of card products, engage accounts in promotional opportunities and maintain a consistent account revenue stream, as well as other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. This position’s key focus will be to maintain, retain, and grow an owned book of business as well as support the overall business priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the growth plan and strengthen the existing relationships with key accounts in the market, responsible for managing all aspects for a portfolio of product partners and retail channels, acting as facilitator between the clients and InComm’s internal/external support functions, including operations, billing, reporting, marketing, system/ product setup, card production, merchandising, logistics, bank guarantee, channel roll-out and analysis.
  • Take lead to manage and launch gift card programs - product launch preparation and execution, provide professional, value-based input and direction on clients’ launch plan and manage implementation milestones to ensuring a smooth and expedient program roll out whilst maintaining expected service levels.
  • Proactive in engaging and planning partners’ marketing resource/ budget, and hands-on involvement with program’s marketing promotion work including traditional PR and social media, POS content, paid media, and creatives for the clients
  • Take the ownership on account management, integrated channel strategy, inventory forecast planning, and campaign management, provide value-based client consultancy and day-to-day business management to clients, serve as a business partner to the clients to deliver quality results and maximize sales potential.
  • Active involvement with regional projects on multinational client work and development
  • Conduct regular reviews and strategic planning with key accoumts to ensure satisfaction levels are maintained and growth opportunities are identified and acted upon.
  • Take the initiatives to develop improvement plan or suggestions to partners periodically on driving the business growth with creative thinking and problem-solving skills, will also be responsible for meeting the partners’ expectation as well as the company’s sales target.
  • Assist management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget.
  • Cultivate new and existing relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities and organically grow accounts.
  • Liaise with operations and various functional teams to monitor and ensure that work is delivered on-time and good quality Team input
  • Support the management and development of company objectives and new initiatives, and quickly adapt to changes in business needs and responsibilities.
  • Work to build the company’s presence and services to clients in Taiwan
  • Contribute to brainstorming and other team activities
  • Provide assistance, suggestion and motivation to other team members

Qualifications

  • A self-starter with the ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to think out-of-the-box.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task is essential with a demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with complex problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome customer resistance.
  • Strong commercial mindset and data analytical skills via Microsoft excel
  • Effective business communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills are required.
  • Previous experience working with digital, online, gaming/entertainment, payment, fintech or eCommerce industries favourably.
  • University degree plus a minimum of five (5) years of work related experience
  • Mandarin Chinese is a mandate and excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
