Job Description
The mission of the Account Manager is to be the go-to person for finance, HR, import/export enquiries
from our existing and upcoming clients to ensure efficient operational services and high customer
satisfaction, and manage day to day communications with the them and our partners. Success the
first quarter means serving the finance, HR, and import/export needs of 3-5 Clients and reach monthly
billings of £10k from operational work in Shanghai by the end of 2016.

This is what you will do:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Managing Finance Operations
- Other Operations and Business Development Support
o Front line support, consultancy, and resolution services to LNP China’s Clients for all
finance, HR, import/export, and other operational matters.
o Keep regular verbal and written communications with clients to ensure high service
delivery standard and meet requirements by the clients.
o Provide regular updates with the management team on operational issues and advice
on best practice for the company to follow.
o Manage and execute basic finance and cashier operations for existing clients such
as Bank foreign currency settlement, export tax rebate.
o Research and establish operations solutions for upcoming clients to meet the different
business requirements.
o Liaising with Clients, Agents, Suppliers Companies to for finance service delivery to
current and upcoming clients.
o Provide support to other operational aspects of Client work as necessary.
o Contribute new ideas in regular team meetings and quarterly strategy meetings.
o Help identify and new opportunities for business development in Shanghai.
This is who we are looking for:
- A strong interest in supporting UK / foreign companies financial operations in China.
- At least 3-5 work experience in Finance operations and business operations services.
- At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role, particularly for foreign clients; a strong
customer service attitude.
- Native Chinese Speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
