Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. To carry out accounting, auditing and general clerical duties;
  2. To assist in preparing monthly financial statements, regular reports and year-end exercise;
  3. Verify vendor invoices, process vouchers and A/R & payment arrangement;
  4. Handle A/P cheque issuing and clearing
  5. Process filing, bank transactions and petty cash payments
  6. Ad hoc assignments from superiors

 

Requirement

  • F.7 or above
  • With experience in accounting & administration duties is an advantage
  • Familiar in PC skill such as Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Pleasant, co-operative and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
