Job Description
Responsibilities
- To carry out accounting, auditing and general clerical duties;
- To assist in preparing monthly financial statements, regular reports and year-end exercise;
- Verify vendor invoices, process vouchers and A/R & payment arrangement;
- Handle A/P cheque issuing and clearing
- Process filing, bank transactions and petty cash payments
- Ad hoc assignments from superiors
Requirement
- F.7 or above
- With experience in accounting & administration duties is an advantage
- Familiar in PC skill such as Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Pleasant, co-operative and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is highly preferred
